Job Summary

TPF Recruitment Kents leading accountancy practice recruitment agency is recruiting for a Part Time Practice Accountant to join a fantastic chartered accountancy practice in Canterbury Kent. This firm is currently experiencing growth and can offer excellent future progression prospects. It will be a hands-on client-facing position where you can maintain a good work life balance.


As a Part Time Practice Accountant in Canterbury your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Prepare and review accounts for sole traders partnerships and ltd companies
  • Prepare and review client tax returns and provide advice
  • Proactively liaise with clients directly
  • Support trainees and junior staff members
  • Assisting clients with accounts software and other queries as required


Requirements
Part Time Practice Accountant Canterbury

To be considered for this role applicants will have the following skills experience and attributes:
  • Be ACA or ACCA qualified or qualified by experience
  • Be IT literate preferably with knowledge of Iris and/or Sage Xero or QuickBooks
  • Have excellent communication listening and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organised and self-motivated
  • Both part time and full time applicants will be considered
