TPF Recruitment Kents leading accountancy practice recruitment agency is recruiting for a Part Time Practice Accountant to join a fantastic chartered accountancy practice in Canterbury Kent. This firm is currently experiencing growth and can offer excellent future progression prospects. It will be a hands-on client-facing position where you can maintain a good work life balance.
As a Part Time Practice Accountant in Canterbury your responsibilities will include the following:
- Prepare and review accounts for sole traders partnerships and ltd companies
- Prepare and review client tax returns and provide advice
- Proactively liaise with clients directly
- Support trainees and junior staff members
- Assisting clients with accounts software and other queries as required
- Be ACA or ACCA qualified or qualified by experience
- Be IT literate preferably with knowledge of Iris and/or Sage Xero or QuickBooks
- Have excellent communication listening and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Both part time and full time applicants will be considered
