About the candidate
A full and relevant Level 2 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (e.g. NVQ Level 2 CACHE or equivalent).
Proven experience working with nursery-aged children (34 years) ideally in a school setting.
Working knowledge of Tapestry or a similar online learning journal system to document observations.
Good understanding of the EYFS framework and positive behaviour management.
Excellent communication skills with a collaborative proactive approach to team working.
