This is a diverse role covering all aspects of general repair from painitng bedrooms and public areas to repairing toliets changing light bulbs and gardening no day is ever the same.

What you will be doing:
Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on propertys facilities and equipment
Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action
Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way

Painitng and decorating bedrooms to a four star standard

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:
Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable able to work on your own

Being able to paint and decorate competently 

Be proud of your wrok and to be part of a great family of staff at the hotel
