ThesuccessfulAccountsPayablecandidatewillberesponsiblefortheend-to-endaccountspayableprocessandwillactasthefirstpointofcontactforsupplierqueriesensuringahighlevelofserviceandaccuracyatalltimes.

KeyResponsibilities

Processingsupplierinvoicesaccuratelyandinatimelymanner.
Matchingbatchingandcodinginvoices.
Preparingandprocessingpaymentruns.
Reconcilingsupplierstatementsandresolvingdiscrepancies.
Actingasthefirstpointofcontactforsupplierandinternalqueries.
Maintainingaccuratesupplierrecords.
Assistingwithmonth-endaccountspayableactivities.
MonitoringAPinboxesandrespondingtoenquiries.
Supportingthewiderfinanceteamasrequired.
