What youll be doing

• Supporting the design and delivery of projects across residential commercial and community sectors

• Producing drawings models and technical information using AutoCAD

• Assisting with planning applications building warrant packages and tender documentation

• Coordinating with consultants suppliers and local authorities

• Attending site visits surveys and project meetings

• Contributing to design reviews and helping develop project concepts

What youll bring

• Part II Architectural Assistant with 13 years of UK experience

• Strong design skills and a portfolio that demonstrates clarity creativity and technical awareness

• Working knowledge of Autocad is essential

• Understanding of UK building regulations and project processes
