Job Summary
A friendly growing studio based in East London is seeking a Part II Architectural Assistant with proven UK practice experience to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is confident working in ArchiCAD and keen to build further experience on large-scale residential schemes. You will join an established project team and contribute meaningfully across design development coordination and technical delivery gaining exposure to large scale high rise residential projects within a supportive studio environment. The practice can also offer Part III support after succesful completion of probation.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing ArchiCAD models in line with studio standards
- Supporting design development from concept through to detailed stages
- Assisting with the production of planning tender and construction information
- Coordinating with architects consultants and technologists on residential projects
- Contributing to design reviews presentations and internal discussions
Requirements:
- Completed RIBA Part II with 1-2 years post qualification experience
- Demonstrable UK practice experience ideally on large-scale residential projects
- Strong working knowledge of ArchiCAD on a live project (not solely from University)
- Understanding of UK planning processes and building regulations
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- The right to live and work in the UK
