Salary: Up to 19.00 per hour opportunity to earn up to 1050 monthly bonus - Up to 41900 Bonus - OTE Up to 54590

Monday to Friday - 8.00am-5.00pm - 42.5 hours per week - No Weekends

Main Purpose of the Role:

Main Tasks:

• Dismantle and repair damaged vehicles by either repairing the damaged panels or replacing those that are beyond repair.
  
• All necessary equipment including jigs fixtures and welding tools should be operated following instructions considering qualification levels and adhering to prescribed safety standards.
  
• Follow the manufacturers literature and modification bulletins when applicable to ensure proper repair and replacement of chassis and panel work.
  
• Attend relevant training courses as necessary to stay updated on new techniques and advancements in the field.
  
• Handle all vehicles with utmost care and attention ensuring that customer satisfaction and care are always maintained.
  
• Keep the companys tools and equipment in a safe clean and functional condition.
  

Requirements:

• At least 3 years Panel Beating experience in an accident repair bodyshop
  
• ATA or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualified if at all possible
  
• Can consider Time Served Panel Beaters
