Palliative Care Nurse
Job Summary
Palliative Care Nurse 37.5 hours per week
Starting salary 29691 per annum with room to develop and progress through the pay grade banding up to 35637 per annum.

You will be excited to learn new clinical skills to actively support ongoing service development and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and participate in delivery of holistic patient centred care
- Assess and evaluate individual care plans for the patient and their family taking in to account their diverse needs
- Assess and manage patients symptoms with support from wider team
- Provide professional leadership and support colleagues to achieve their objectives
- Ensure patients and their families experience is professional welcoming relaxed and friendly
What were looking for:
- Knowledge of complex symptom management
- Understanding of Specialist Palliative Care Philosophy and End of Life care strategy
- Previous work in a hospice or relevant experience
- Advanced communication skills
- NMC Adult Nurse
