We are looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our this role you will carry out painting and decorating works across construction projects ensuring all work is completed safely efficiently and to a high standard. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Requirements
Duties
Preparing surfaces by sanding filling cleaning and priming prior to decoration.
Applying paint stain varnish and other finishes to walls ceilings woodwork and other surfaces.
Carrying out internal and external painting and decorating works.
Repairing minor surface defects before decorating.
Protecting surrounding areas and ensuring work areas are left clean and tidy.
Working from drawings specifications and instructions provided by the site team.
Maintaining painting tools and equipment in good working order.
Following all health and safety procedures and company policies.
Reporting any defects or additional works required to the site management team.
