Your Tasks
To deliver high-quality decorating work as part of the property reinstatement process restoring residential properties to their pre-loss or materially equivalent condition following fire water or impact-related damage.
- Prepare and finish surfaces to a professional standard including painting wallpapering and surface repairs.
- Ensure all reinstated areas meet project specifications and provide a clean uniform and durable finish.
- Work independently or alongside other trades to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with Policy Holders to minimise disruption and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Maintain a safe and tidy working environment and comply with all health and safety requirements.
- Accurately record work completed and materials used in company systems.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in painting decorating and surface preparation within restoration or residential environments.
- Ability to produce consistent high-quality finishes across a range of decorating tasks.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and resolve issues on-site.
- Physical ability to work in varied environments and maintain a high level of workmanship.
- Desirable: Relevant decorating or painting qualifications (e.g. City & Guilds or NVQ).
- Full UK driving license.
