Painter and Decorator

To carry out high-quality painting and decorating works across void and tenanted properties ensuring properties are prepared and presented to a high standard. The role will involve completing a range of decorating tasks including painting wallpapering and general finishing works while maintaining excellent workmanship and professionalism.

• Complete painting and decorating works within void properties to a high standard.
  
• Carry out wallpapering and papering tasks when required.
  
• Undertake occasional decorating works within tenanted properties.
  
• Prepare surfaces including filling sanding and ensuring areas are ready for decoration.
  
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently safely and in line with quality standards.
  
• Maintain a clean and tidy working environment throughout all projects.
  
• Report any issues additional requirements or property concerns promptly.
  
• Use company-provided vehicle responsibly for work-related activities only.
  

• Previous experience working as a Decorator/Painter and Decorator.
  
• Strong practical skills in painting decorating and wallpapering.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
  
• Good attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
  
• Experience working within residential properties is desirable.
  
• Professional and respectful approach when working in both empty and occupied homes.
  
• Full UK driving licence required.
  

• Location: Redditch B98 7SN
  
• Hours per week: MondayFriday 8:00am4:00pm (40 hours per week)
  
• Bi-Weekly Payments: Payments made every two weeks
