Position Summary

Packing (Machine Stand-in) Operatives Double Day Shift

Scientific Games International Ltd is a subsidiary of the $1Billion pa turnover globally renowned Scientific Games Corporation. Our purpose-built state-of-the-art printing facility in Leeds supplies lottery scratch cards to clients in Europe.

We are currently recruiting for Packing (Machine Stand-in) Operatives to work on a double day shift pattern within our busy state of the art printing facility in Hunslet Leeds West Yorkshire.

The role involves checking sorting and packing lottery tickets in a production line environment. Other duties include making up boxes and general housekeeping to keep the shopfloor clean tidy and addition to this you will also be expected to run packaging machinery in order to provide cover across the shift as and when required. Therefore the successful candidate will ideally have experience of operating finishing machines within a busy fast paced manufacturing environment

We are looking for people who are hardworking reliable and flexible to join our team. You should have a good level of manual dexterity good numeracy skills be able to communicate efficiently with others and a keen eye for detail. Ideally you will have worked in a similar fast paced manufacturing environment before with experience of running packaging machinery. This is an essential requirement for the role. You will also be required to be trained in quality control and use of the pedestrian pallet truck.

Double Day shift pattern:

27610.23 per annum

37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. Alternate early (0600-1330) and late (1330-2100) shift pattern

In addition to this we offer 26 days of annual leave plus bank holidays free carparking onsite plus a pension contribution match up to 6%.
