Production Supervisor

Bridlington

36000 plus 5% bonus

4 on 4 off Days (6:00am to 6:00pm)

Are you an experienced Production or Packing Supervisor looking for your next opportunity in manufacturing

Were recruiting for a Packing Hall Supervisor to join a leading manufacturer of vitamins minerals and nutritional supplements at their modern Bridlington facility.

Reporting to the Production Manager youll lead the day-to-day operation of the Packing Hall ensuring production targets quality standards and customer requirements are consistently achieved. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll coach and develop your team monitor performance and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead motivate and develop the Packing Hall team.

• Allocate labour across production lines to maximise efficiency.

• Ensure products are packed right first time and to customer specifications.

• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety GMP and hygiene.

• Coordinate production start-ups shutdowns and changeovers.

• Complete production documentation accurately.

• Support training inductions appraisals and performance management.

• Work closely with Planning Technical and Production teams to deliver daily targets.

• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

About you

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within manufacturing.

• FMCG food manufacturing or pharmaceutical experience is desirable.

• Strong people management and communication skills.

• Organised with good IT skills and attention to detail.

• Passionate about developing people and driving performance.
