More than three decades later we continue to work closely with the best chefs alongside grocers foodservice partners and our own neighbourhood bakery GAILs.

As we continue to expand we are seeking an experienced Department Manager to lead our growing team at our brand-new Milton Keynes site.

Please apply only if you hold a valid UK driving licence as the role may involve driving a company van between sites to transport packed products.

Shift Pattern: Any 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)

Working Hours: 4:00pm to 1:00am

Pay Rate: 13.20 per hour

What Youll Be Doing:

• Pack bread pastries and other baked goods in line with company standards and customer requirements
• Ensure products are protected to maintain quality and presentation
• Check products for accuracy quantity and variety before packing
• Apply correct labels including product details and best before dates
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness health and safety and food safety at all times

About You:

• Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
• Able to work well as part of a team with clear communication skills
• Comfortable with physical tasks including standing for long periods and lifting
• Reliable organised and able to follow instructions accurately
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to team success
• Previous packing or food production experience is an advantage but not essential
