- Creating new supplier accounts in our ERP system.
- Sending new account confirmations to new suppliers.
- Maintaining and update supplier master data within the ERP system.
- Collaborate with internal Procurement and Supplier Management to resolve missing data issues.
- Confidently contact suppliers directly for information as part of our diligence process.
- Liaise with our technical colleagues if issues arise.
- Following P2P policies procedures and best practice to ensure compliance.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
Were looking for someone who has:
- Experience working within a Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger environment.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large volumes of data.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion P2P processes.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
