Our client is a growing organisation looking for friendly confident and motivated Outreach Executives to join their expanding team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people building relationships and making a difference with full training provided.

The Role

As an Outreach Executive you will:

• Make professional and engaging telephone calls
• Build positive relationships with members of the public and organisations
• Secure fundraising opportunities and venue bookings
• Generate leads and support outreach campaigns
• Complete welcome supporter and stewardship calls
• Conduct surveys and gather valuable feedback
• Accurately update internal systems and CRM records
• Provide a high level of customer service throughout every conversation

About You

The client is looking for individuals who are:

• Confident and comfortable speaking on the telephone
• Friendly approachable and professional
• Excellent communicators and active listeners
• Reliable self-motivated and organised
• Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
• Positive and willing to learn
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Previous experience in customer service telesales fundraising hospitality call centres or telephone-based roles would be beneficial but is not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
