Outpatients Administrator

Cheltenham Hospital Administration Bank - ad hoc Part time

Up to 12.84 per hour dependent on experience

As an Administrator you will be an integral part of our Cheltenham Hospital team. You will provide excellent patient care & work closely with Patients Radiographers Radiologists Consultants & all departments across the Nuffield Hospital. You will have enthusiasm dedication commitment and a keen eye for attention to detail to provide and deliver a high quality diagnostic imaging service whist undertaking a wide variety of duties.

As an Administrator you will:

  • Support the Outpatients department

  • Provide a first class customer service

  • Attend & book appointments for patients

  • Answer face to face and telephone enquiries

  • Take payments

  • Be a part of a dynamic and friendly team


To succeed as anAdministrator you will:

  • Havegreat people skills with the ability to treat patients with compassion and empathy

  • Ability to manage appraise and interpret the right data and to present it in a timely and professional manner

  • Have good IT and keyboard skills

  • Have experience within an administrative or customer facing environment

  • Have knowledge of medical terminology (Desirable)
