CSG / Accommodation Catering and Events - Property

Part Time:23.5 hours per week 4 on 4 off Night Shift (7pm - 2am and can be adjusted to suite business needs)

We are looking for confident proactive individuals to join our Out of Hours Response Team delivering a professional and responsive front-line service across our estate.

The Opportunity:

As an Out of Hours Response Officer you will be at the centre of operations overnight responding to incidents supporting residents and maintaining a safe inclusive and well managed environment. This includes welfare concerns fire alarm activations security issues and urgent maintenance matters often as the first point of contact.

This is a highly visible fast paced role where no two shifts are the same. You will carry out patrols respond to calls provide first aid and work closely with internal teams and external services to resolve situations effectively.

We are looking for individuals who are calm under pressure confident in dealing with people and able to make sound decisions in dynamic situations. Having a valid UK drivers license is essential.
