Are you passionate about technology and its impact on manufacturing Were looking for an OT Support Engineer to play a vital role in supporting the systems that keep our site running efficiently and ensure the continuous supply of products to patients.

Working closely with Production Maintenance Quality and Engineering teams youll provide technical expertise across manufacturing and laboratory systems helping to maintain system reliability drive continuous improvement and support exciting investment and automation projects across the site.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for manufacturing and laboratory IT/OT systems to ensure reliability compliance and performance.
• Troubleshoot critical issues perform root cause analysis and drive effective resolutions.
• Support system lifecycle activities including validation maintenance disaster recovery and obsolescence management.
• Identify and implement improvements to manufacturing and laboratory systems that enhance operational efficiency.
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality support and project outcomes.
• Contribute to capital projects through system design testing commissioning qualification and handover activities.

Knowledge skills and experience:

• Prior experience in a similar position
• Good communication skills. Able to keep multiple stakeholders informed
• Regulatory knowledge e.g. GAMP5 FDA 21 CFR11 EU ANNEX 11.
• Ideally experience gained in the pharma industry
