The role:
As an OD Delivery Manager you will help drive our goals by:

• Partnering with business leaders and People teams to shapeorganisationand workforce transformation initiatives.

• Supporting workforce planning and talent strategies that align with long-term business priorities.

• Assessingorganisationalcapability needs and developing plans to address skill and capacity gaps.

• Identifyingpeople-related risksdependenciesand impacts across transformationprogrammes.

• Enabling workforce transition activities including role clarityreskillingand redeployment planning.

• Driving continuous improvement inorganisationdevelopmentdelivery and transformation governance.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Degree inOrganisationDevelopment HR or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Experience deliveringorganisationdevelopment initiatives within large transformationprogrammes.

• Knowledge of strategic workforce planningorganisationaldesignand capability assessment.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across complex environments.

• Ability toidentify assess and managepeoplerisks andorganisationalinterdependencies.

• Confidence working in global matrixedorganisationswith multiple stakeholders.

• Strong judgement emotionalintelligenceand the ability to simplify complex challenges.
