Job Summary

Joining us as an Order Desk Coordinator

Join our Planning Performance & Control team where youll play a key role in keeping customer orders moving through the delivery journey ensuring accurate data effective coordination and a consistently positive customer experience. 

Youll receive a competitive salary and a performance related bonus. 

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

  • Coordinating customer orders through to successful delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records across Salesforce and delivery systems
  • Providing clear updates on order progress delays and issues
  • Working with internal teams partners and suppliers to keep orders on track
  • Identifying and escalating data discrepancies risks and blockers
  • Supporting order prioritisation and issue resolution activities

What youll bring to the role

Were looking for a highly organised and customer-focused coordinator with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. 

Youll also have: 

  • Experience in a customer service coordination or administrative role
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing demands
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce is advantageous
