Oracle Fusion Apps – HCM

Act as the primary onsite functional consultant and client-facing SME for Oracle HCM Core HR and Absence Management.

Conduct requirements gathering workshops business process discovery sessions and fit-gap analysis.

Design and configure Core HR components including:

• Enterprise Structure
  
• Legal Entities
  
• Business Units
  
• Departments
  
• Jobs Positions Grades
  
• Workforce Structures
  

Configure and support Absence Management processes including:

• Absence Plans
  
• Leave Types
  
• Accrual Rules
  
• Eligibility Profiles
  
• Leave Workflows and Approvals
  

Prepare and maintain:

• Solution Design Documents
  
• Configuration Workbooks
  
• Functional Specifications
  
• Test Scripts
  

Conduct design playback sessions CRP/UAT workshops and end-user demonstrations.

Work closely with business stakeholders HR teams technical consultants and integration teams.

Support data migration activities including validation of employee and absence data.

Assist with quarterly Oracle releases impact assessments regression testing and change management.

Provide post-go-live support issue resolution and user guidance.

Recommend Oracle leading practices and process improvements to optimize HR operations.
