Job Summary
Week 1 - Monday - Saturday (1 Mid week day off)

Are you an experienced Dispensing Optician ready to take the next step into management Or perhaps an experienced optical retail manager looking for a new role within a premium optical and hearing care business
I am working with an independant family owned company looking for a skilled Branch Manager to join their established store in Epsom.
As Branch Manager you will work closely with the Area Manager to drive the commercial success of the branch while maintaining the high standards of customer care and service my client is known for.

- Balancing the day-to-day running of the branch with a focus on its future growth
Reporting to the Area Manager youll be responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of the practice while driving growth engagement and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading coaching and motivating your team to deliver exceptional service
Creating a positive and supportive branch culture
Building strong customer relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Driving branch performance through effective planning and execution
Monitoring business objectives and identifying opportunities for growth
Managing branch operations and ensuring excellent standards across all areas
Supporting colleague learning and development within the practice
Working closely with your Area Manager to achieve both individual and business goals
You will need strong communication skills a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and the ability to lead motivate and develop a team. For DO candidates your clinical and dispensing knowledge will be a valuable asset with a strong commercial mindset.
Youll ideally have:

The ability to inspire motivate and support others
A desire to learn grow and build a career in management
Previous management experience is welcomed but not essential. Whats most important is your ambition to develop as a leader and your commitment to delivering an outstanding patient experience.
