The Role:

Shape the workplace experience for one of the worlds leading law firms.

As our Operations Senior Manager Workplace & Employee Experience youll play a pivotal role in creating exceptional environments where our people clients and visitors can thrive. This is far more than a traditional facilities position. Youll sit at the heart of how our workplaces evolve leading the strategy design and delivery of employee-facing services across our UK estate.

Youll combine operational excellence with innovation using workplace data technology and insights to shape spaces that are engaging efficient and fit for the future. Working with senior stakeholders across the firm youll influence how people experience the workplace every day while driving projects that enhance collaboration productivity and wellbeing.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Leading the delivery of workplace and employee experience services across our UK offices
  • Driving workplace transformation design and change initiatives aligned to business needs
  • Overseeing workplace projects space planning and workplace optimisation
  • Using data smart building technology and workplace insights to inform strategic decision-making
  • Managing key supplier relationships and contracts to deliver exceptional service and value
  • Owning workplace governance policies processes and performance reporting
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives that enhance engagement and service adoption
  • Managing budgets and ensuring efficient investment across workplace experience programmes

What Were Looking For:

Were looking for an experienced workplace leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. Youll be someone who enjoys influencing senior stakeholders solving complex challenges and creating workplace experiences that truly make a difference.

Youll bring:

  • Significant experience leading workplace facilities or employee experience functions within a complex organisation
  • A strong track record of delivering workplace transformation office moves redesigns or space optimisation projects
  • Experience working across outsourced service models and managing multiple suppliers and contracts
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at senior levels
  • Strong commercial acumen including budget ownership and governance oversight
  • Experience using workplace data reporting and technology to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
  • A passion for creating outstanding employee experiences and service excellence
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams

Ideally youll also have experience within a professional services legal or similarly fast-paced corporate environment.
