Operations Manager Nights

An exciting opportunity to join the Bicester depot overseeing the night operation across both warehouse and distribution including our trunking operation. Your focus will be to deliver excellence for our customers our business and everyone around you. Accountable for everything from team engagement and warehouse performance to efficiency and budgets youll shape plans that drive change and develop the team. With several Shift Managers reporting to you youll actively create a safe and efficient working environment where colleagues feel included and can do their jobs brilliantly. Crucially youll also drive the performance of leaders across the warehouse. 

64000 p.a

Hours: 10pm - 6am

Any 5 from 7 (predominantly Monday to Friday)

What you bring to the mix 

Having successfully led a large fast-paced warehouse function before youve got everything needed to thrive in this role: 

• Experience in planning resources and managing costs service and safety through others  

• The ability to coach and mentor teams to drive performance and achieve shared goals 

• A results-focused and collaborative approach  

• A track record of creating plans that improve the experience of customers and colleagues  

• Strong relationship-building and financial skills.
