Role: Permanent
Location: Cookham hybrid (2 days office / 3 days remote)
Salary: 28000 benefits

Were looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Operations Executive to join our Commercial team and play a vital role in delivering outstanding service across our Open Training Business Solutions and CIM Academy portfolios.

What youll be doing

• Processing bookings registrations and customer records accurately and efficiently
• Managing customer enquiries across email telephone and shared inboxes
• Supporting the delivery of training programmes learner activities and commercial services
• Maintaining accurate records across CRM and business systems
• Conducting data validation quality checks and data cleansing activities
• Supporting operational projects process improvements and departmental initiatives
• Working collaboratively across the Commercial team to ensure an excellent customer experience

What were looking for

• Previous experience in an administration operations or customer support role
• Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel
• Experience using CRM systems and customer databases
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• A proactive solutions-focused approach and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
