Operations Associate Credit Sights

Bixby Research & Analytics is currently seeking an Operations/Compliance Associate based out of our Glasgow UK office.

• Develop deep knowledge of the leveraged loan market which continues to grow in size and weight

Well Count on You To:

• Daily Operational/Compliance procedures.
• Work closely with Compliance Manager and senior research staff to manage compliance programs and execute on associated operational processes and control systems.
• Document Management/Categorization.
• Review revise and continuously improve upon existing compliance programs policies and procedures as necessary to identify risks and stay in line with mandated compliance policies.
• Ability to review own work product to ensure accuracy and completeness in a time-sensitive environment.
• Permission management of document and site access.

What You Need to Have:

• Bachelors degree required. A variety of educational histories will be considered for this role especially those with Accounting/Financial/Legal backgrounds.
• Compliance and operational experience. Specific experience in finance / asset management is strongly preferred.
• Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint and Adobe PDF skills required.
• Established skills in accuracy organization and experience working in a high-volume time-sensitive environment.
• Ability to manage and execute challenging projects with minimal oversight.
• Possess strong organizational skills sound judgement and hold highest ethical standards.

What Would Make You Stand Out:

• Prior experience with virtual data rooms is preferred.
• General understanding of financial markets is preferred
