Job Summary

About the Position

This position follows a fixed 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation. During each working period youll remain on site with accommodation meals and travel arrangements provided throughout your assignment.

Were currently recruiting an Offshore Operations Administrator to provide administrative support for operational teams helping to coordinate documentation maintain records and assist with day-to-day business activities.

Nottinghams strong commercial sector excellent transport links and experienced administrative workforce make it an important recruitment hub for operational support roles across the UK.

Previous offshore or rotational experience is not required. Candidates from administration office support logistics customer service or similar backgrounds are encouraged to apply with full onboarding and training provided.

Your Profile
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard computer systems

  • Able to follow established procedures accurately
  • Comfortable working on a fixed 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation
  • Previous administration or office experience is beneficial but not essential
