Where will you be working

We help our clients safeguard the water supply improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. Were problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

This role will be within our Demand management and network infrastructure team. We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

What will you be doing

Youll support Toughbook users Smart Metering Operatives and managers by training coaching and providing clear hardware and software guidance. Youll identify skills gaps conduct competency assessments and deliver 1-1 coaching sessions.

Youll maintain training materials ensure compliance and oversee refresher programmes. Daily youll validate reports address feedback errors and create improvement plans. Your role includes collaborating with managers promoting commercial awareness and offering operational telephone support.

Youll also assist with asset inventory handle new starter and leaver equipment logistics and ensure all process documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

• Are you an effective time manager able to meet tight deadlines

• Do you have experience conducting skills gap analysis and creating coaching improvement plans
• Are you comfortable validating reports and maintaining accurate training documentation
