Working closely with site teams leaders and our dedicated coaching network you will shape a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence. To set you up for success NEXT provides a comprehensive six-month training programme packed with group workshops tailored one-to-one support and expert guidance every step of the way.

What youll take on

• Lead engaging corporate inductions and guided warehouse tours to give new colleagues a clear confident start.
• Deliver practical hands-on training for a wide range of operational tasks and day-to-day warehouse procedures.
• Design and refine clear effective training materials that support new project rollouts and updated processes.
• Coach team members using operational performance data and direct observations to deliver constructive actionable feedback.
• Gather and analyse training data to evaluate learning impact and continuously sharpen the delivery of your sessions.
