Project duration: 3 months with potential to extend
Location: Hybrid in London

Theyre looking for Manager / Senior Consultant to support the implementation of a new operating model and organisation design within an enterprise-scale AI function. The role will focus on translating the target design into practical ways of working governance and change activity.

- Support the implementation of the new operating model and organisation design
- Define and embed governance roles responsibilities and ways of working
- Drive change activity and stakeholder engagement to support adoption
- An independent consultant
- Operating model design and/or implementation experience
- Experience in change management transformation or organisational change
- Ideally experience working with AI product or technology teams
