Job Summary
Position Role:The OC SSAU commandsat sub-unit level directs G1 G8 IM&X liaises with units and ensures effective admin discipline and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Commands the SSAUat sub-unit leveland is responsible for its effective operation in accordance with Army policy and direction.
- Responsible for career management discipline welfare and professional standards for military and CS staff within SSAU.
- Provides principal G1 G8 and IM&X direction within the SSAU. Ensuring delivery of administrative services and support G1 and G8 readiness.
- Lead all relevant personnel and financial management checks and internal assurance processes in compliance with Defence and Army policy.
- Serve as main liaison with unit COs formations and HQs.
- Ensures appropriate governance assurance and oversight arrangements are in place to support delivery and compliance in linewithpolicy.
- Oversees and provides a checking officer function for the management of all Public andServiceF
- Manages unit performance identifies risks and issues and directs mitigating action as required.
