The school is seeking an experienced Office Manager to coordinate its busy administrative office.
The Office Manager will oversee the daily operation of the school office and ensure administrative processes are completed efficiently.
Responsibilities will include:
Coordinating the day-to-day work of the school office.
Managing administrative priorities.
Supporting and coordinating administrative colleagues.
Acting as a key point of contact for parents and visitors.
Managing telephone calls and correspondence.
Responding to general enquiries.
Maintaining accurate pupil records.
Updating management information systems.
Preparing letters and reports.
Supporting senior leaders.
Organising meetings and appointments.
Supporting school events.
Maintaining filing systems.
Supporting admissions.
Assisting with attendance administration.
Monitoring office supplies.
Liaising with suppliers.
Maintaining confidential records.
Coordinating administrative projects.
Ensuring deadlines are met.
The successful candidate will need to ensure that the school office remains organised and responsive throughout the school day.
This will involve prioritising requests coordinating workloads and ensuring that urgent matters are addressed promptly.
The ability to remain calm during busy periods will be important.
The Office Manager will communicate with parents pupils staff and visitors on a daily basis.
You will need to be professional approachable and confident when dealing with enquiries.
You should also be able to recognise when a matter requires escalation to a senior member of staff.
The role will involve providing administrative support to senior leaders.
This may include:
Arranging meetings.
Preparing documents.
Producing reports.
Coordinating appointments.
Preparing correspondence.

The successful candidate should have:
Previous office management or senior administration experience.
