Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the day-to-day operation of the school office

Supporting the School Business Manager and senior leaders
Acting as a professional point of contact for parents and visitors
Responding to telephone and email enquiries
Ensuring enquiries are directed to the appropriate member of staff
Maintaining accurate administrative records
Preparing letters reports and correspondence
Organising meetings and maintaining calendars
Preparing meeting papers and documentation
Supporting school events and activities
Coordinating administrative arrangements for trips and events
Maintaining filing systems
Managing electronic records
Ensuring confidential information is handled appropriately
Monitoring office stationery and supplies
Assisting with purchasing and ordering
Supporting recruitment and onboarding administration where required
Maintaining staff and pupil documentation
Supporting admissions and new starter processes
Assisting with attendance-related administration
Supporting examination administration when required
Liaising with external organisations and suppliers
Maintaining professional communication with parents and carers
Supporting other members of the administration team during busy periods
