We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a small highly regarded luxury business based in Central London.
Working within an exclusive and quality-focused environment this is a varied position combining client service order coordination and general office operations. Youll become an important part of a close-knit team helping to ensure clients receive an exceptional level of service while keeping the day-to-day running of the office organised and efficient.
This could be an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator Office Coordinator or Client Services professional looking to take on a broader role within a unique and prestigious business.
What youll be doing
Youll have a varied workload and will support across a number of areas including:
- Taking and progressing client orders providing updates and ensuring requirements are followed through
- Speaking with clients by telephone and email and providing a professional high-quality service
- Maintaining stock levels and coordinating the ordering of products packaging and office supplies
- Keeping accurate records of stock movements and client information
- Liaising with suppliers and external service providers
- Supporting client and company events including invitations lunches dinners and internal social events
- Providing basic finance administration including allocating costs and taking payments
- Maintaining and updating internal databases and records
- Acting as a point of contact for facilities including IT alarms air conditioning and other office services
About you
Were looking for someone who is organised polished and comfortable working in a small business where everyone plays an important part.
Youll ideally have:
- Previous experience within administration office coordination client services or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A confident and professional manner when dealing with clients
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload
- Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
- The confidence to take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion
- Good Microsoft Office and general IT skills
- A flexible proactive approach and willingness to support different areas of the business
- Experience within a luxury premium professional services or high-end client environment would be advantageous but isnt essential
