About the candidate
* Previous experience in an administrative or school office environment.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional approach when dealing with pupils parents staff and visitors.
* Good IT skills including confidence using Microsoft Office and school administration systems.
* Ability to work accurately and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
* A proactive flexible and team-oriented approach with a commitment to safeguarding and the wellbeing of pupils.
