44 hours: 07:00-16:30 Monday to Thursday and 07:00-15:30 on Friday.

Your Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our team at Coolfreeze. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will provide administrative support across the business ensuring information is processed accurately and efficiently to support our day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail excellent organisational skills and experience working with data business systems and Microsoft Excel. As Kerridge is a key system within our business previous experience using Kerridge is essential. You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the office.
