Together we provide an integrated people service that supports the Council perform at its best manage change and navigate change and build a fair inclusive and sustainable workforce.
As an OD and Inclusion Consultant you will join a small high-impact team lead by a Strategic OD and Inclusion Consultant helping to shape Lambeths culture leadership and ways of working now and for the future.
About the Role:
Shape how Lambeth works. Drive inclusion. Deliver real change.
We are looking for an experienced OD & Inclusion Consultant who can turn strategy into action and make a visible difference to how we lead work and serve our communities.
You will:
- Partner with leaders to diagnose issues and deliver practical OD solutions
- Design and lead interventions that improve leadership culture and performance
- Drive inclusion by embedding EDI in day-to-day workforce practice
- Support major change programmes across the council
- Use insight and data to shape decisions and track impact
This is a hands-on delivery-focused roleyou will lead not just advise.
To be considered for interview your CV and supporting statement will clearly evidence:
- Strong OD and/or HR experience in a complex organisation with evidence of delivering practical workforce culture or inclusion improvements.
- Experience working confidently with senior leaders and stakeholders to influence change shape solutions and support delivery.
- Ability to diagnose organisational issues design effective OD interventions and follow them through to measurable outcomes.
- A clear commitment to embedding equity diversity and inclusion into workforce practice decision-making and organisational culture.
- A practical solutions-focused approach using insight and data to inform decisions prioritise activity and track impact.
