Job Summary

Are you a qualified Occupational Health Advisor looking for a varied and rewarding role where you can make a genuine impact on employee health and wellbeing

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) to join our growing team supporting a valued single client. This is a dynamic role ofcase management and some face-to-face assessments.

There is a requirement on occasion for travel to sites this will be based on client needsyou will need to be fully mobile and hold a UK driving license. We will always aim to minimise travel where possible.

Salary 42000 - 44000 depending on experience plus additional car allowance

Location: Falkirk & surrounding areas

Hours: Monday - Friday. x40 Hours per week (30 minute unpaid lunchbreak) would consider part time applications x24 hours per week days to be confirmed.

The Role

As an Occupational Health Advisor you will play a key role in promoting health wellbeing and fitness for work across a diverse client base. Working alongside a dedicated team of Occupational Health Technicians Physiotherapists Administrators and Clinical Leads you will deliver high-quality Occupational Health services and support positive health outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering case management telephoneand face to face referrals

Managing a varied caseload through telephone and face-to-face case management consultations.

Conducting management referrals and providing evidence-based occupational health advice.

New starter employment screening

Supporting the Clinical Lead in delivering Occupational Health Services

Maintaining accurate and confidential health records in accordance with legislation and professional standards.

Producing management reports and contributing to safe and effective Occupational Health practice.

Supporting a single clientthrough a combination of home-based and on-site service delivery.

About You

To be successful in this role you will be a qualified Occupational Health professional with strong communication skills and a passion for supporting employee wellbeing.

Essential requirements:

Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and no restrictions on practice.

Qualified Occupational Health Advisor (Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health) desirable/Experienced Occupational Health Advisor or working towards this qualification

Experience delivering telephone case management and face-to-face Occupational Health consultations.

Strong knowledge of Occupational Health practice and fitness-for-work assessments.

Ability to provide clear practical advice on health and work-related matters.

Minimum of 12 months UK-based Occupational Health experience.

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Desirable:

Previous experience in Occupational Health Case Management
