Nursing Home Manager (Nurse Qualified)

Up to 65000 per annum 37.5 hours per week

Set within a beautiful purpose-built environment this nursing home provides high-quality nursing dementia and residential care for older adults in a setting designed to promote comfort dignity and wellbeing.

We are looking for a nurse-qualified Nursing Home Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing nursing homes maintaining compliance and leading teams to deliver outstanding standards of care. Youll understand the importance of balancing the operational commercial and clinical aspects of running a successful service while ensuring residents remain at the heart of every decision.

What Were Looking For

• Nurse qualified (RGN/RMN) essential
• Current NMC registration with no restrictions
• Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager essential
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations clinical governance and safeguarding
• Experience leading nursing and care teams within a residential care environment
• Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills
• A passion for delivering outstanding care and achieving positive outcomes for residents

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the day-to-day operations of the nursing home
• Ensuring the delivery of exceptional nursing dementia and residential care
• Maintaining compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
• Managing and developing multidisciplinary teams to achieve high performance
• Overseeing clinical governance safeguarding and quality assurance processes
• Building strong relationships with residents families healthcare professionals and external stakeholders
• Driving continuous improvement and maintaining the homes strong reputation
