What Were Looking For
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager within a nursing home setting
Proven track record of achieving and maintaining CQC compliance
Experience managing residential and nursing care services
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Experience working with internal and external stakeholders including healthcare professionals and regulatory bodies
Strong understanding of clinical governance safeguarding and quality standards

Lead the day-to-day management of the nursing home
Ensure the highest standards of care safety and resident wellbeing
Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation
Lead motivate and develop nursing care and management teams
Drive quality improvement initiatives and service development
Monitor occupancy budgets and operational performance
Build strong relationships with residents families healthcare professionals and commissioners
Support recruitment retention and staff development across the service
Promote a culture of person-centred care and clinical excellence
