Based in Hove ou clients are now looking for an experienced room leader for their lovely setting. Working a 40 hr week salary is up to 34979 depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for a room within a high-quality early years setting.

Requirements
What our Clients are looking for

Essential for the Nursery Room Leader Role
Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
Minimum 1 years experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
Knowledge of child development EYFS and safeguarding
Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues in the nursery setting

Ideal Nursery Room Leader Candidate
Passionate about early years and childrens development within a nursery setting
Strong team leader able to motivate and support staff in your room
Proactive flexible and committed to maintaining high standards
Promotes best practice and ensures a safe nurturing environment across the nursery setting
