Our client is looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their welcoming nursery providing exceptional childcare for children aged 0 to 5 years. Alongside the EYFS the nursery delivers a rich and varied curriculum that includes forest school cooking gardening and daily free-flow play giving children endless opportunities to learn through exploration.
What Were Looking For
Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
Good understanding of the EYFS framework
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
Plan and participate in engaging learning experiences that support childrens development
Support forest school sessions gardening cooking and other enriching activities
Encourage childrens independence through free-flow play and outdoor exploration
Observe assess and monitor childrens progress
Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues
Create a safe stimulating and inclusive learning environment
Maintain safeguarding health & safety and nursery standards at all times
