Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Up to 27400 per annum 40 Hours Per Week

Were looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our clients friendly team. The nursery is committed to delivering high-quality early years education providing children with a stimulating environment where learning happens naturally through play curiosity and exploration.

Designed with childrens development in mind the nursery offers free-flow access between inspiring indoor learning spaces and secure outdoor environments. This approach encourages independence creativity and confidence giving children the freedom to choose how and where they learn throughout the day.

What Were Looking For

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A warm caring and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Plan and participate in engaging play-based learning experiences
  • Support childrens emotional social physical and cognitive development
  • Make full use of the nurserys free-flow indoor and outdoor learning environments
  • Encourage childrens curiosity creativity and independence through child-led learning
  • Observe assess and monitor childrens progress
  • Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues
  • Maintain safeguarding health & safety and nursery standards at all times
