Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Up to 28900 per annum 40 Hours Per Week

Our client is looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their welcoming team. Providing high-quality childcare for children aged 3 months to 5 years the nursery has recently undergone an impressive refurbishment creating a bright modern and inspiring environment where children can flourish.

Designed to encourage curiosity and exploration the nursery features spacious learning environments a fantastic garden for outdoor play and a dedicated art studio where children are free to express their creativity develop their imagination and build confidence through hands-on experiences.

What Were Looking For

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A caring enthusiastic and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Plan and participate in engaging play-based learning experiences
  • Support childrens emotional social physical and cognitive development
  • Make full use of the nurserys creative spaces including the art studio and outdoor learning environment
  • Observe assess and monitor childrens progress
  • Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues
  • Create a safe stimulating and inclusive learning environment
  • Maintain safeguarding health & safety and nursery standards at all times
