As a Nursery Practitioner you will play a key role in creating a safe engaging and inspiring learning environment where children can flourish. You will work within a team of early years professionals delivering meaningful learning experiences tailored to each childs interests and developmental stage.

What Youll Need

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
  • Experience working in an early years setting with a strong understanding of child development

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality early years education and care supporting childrens development in line with the EYFS framework
  • Create and implement engaging age-appropriate activities that support learning through play
  • Build strong trusting relationships with children families and colleagues
  • Maintain a safe stimulating and inclusive environment that promotes curiosity and independence
  • Observe and assess childrens progress ensuring their development is well-supported and recorded
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions between different base rooms and stages of development
  • Utilise the large outdoor space to offer enriching first-hand learning experiences
  • Ensure health and safety and safeguarding policies are adhered to at all times
