With carefully designed rooms the nursery provides age-appropriate learning spaces that encourage curiosity and exploration. The expansive outdoor environment features a grass area a mud kitchen and sandpit for creative and messy activities.
As a Nursery Practitioner you will play a key role in creating a safe engaging and inspiring learning environment where children can flourish. You will work within a team of early years professionals delivering meaningful learning experiences tailored to each childs interests and developmental stage.
What Youll Need
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Experience working in an early years setting with a strong understanding of child development
- A passion for providing high-quality care and education ensuring every child has the best start in life
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to build positive relationships with children parents and colleagues

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality early years education and care supporting childrens development in line with the EYFS framework
- Create and implement engaging age-appropriate activities that support learning through play
- Build strong trusting relationships with children families and colleagues
- Maintain a safe stimulating and inclusive environment that promotes curiosity and independence
- Observe and assess childrens progress ensuring their development is well-supported and recorded
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions between different base rooms and stages of development
- Utilise the large outdoor space to offer enriching first-hand learning experiences
- Ensure health and safety and safeguarding policies are adhered to at all times
