Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Up to 28000 per annum Performance Bonus 40 Hours per Week Outstanding Ofsted Rating

Following a refurbishment the nursery provides high-quality learning spaces tailored to each age group from babies through to pre-school.

The nurserys bright and welcoming rooms are designed to encourage exploration and independence while the generous outdoor areas allow children to move freely between indoor and outdoor learning experiences. With plenty of opportunities for active play discovery and social development children are supported to learn in ways that are engaging meaningful and fun.

What Were Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A nurturing and child-centred approach

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Plan and support engaging learning experiences and activities
  • Support childrens learning development and wellbeing
  • Observe assess and monitor childrens progress
  • Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues
  • Create a safe stimulating and inclusive learning environment
  • Promote childrens confidence curiosity and independence
  • Maintain safeguarding health & safety and nursery standards at all times
