What Were Looking For
Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A warm caring and child-centred approach to childcare

Plan and participate in engaging activities that promote childrens learning and development
Support childrens emotional social physical and cognitive development

Observe assess and monitor childrens progress
Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues
Make full use of the nurserys indoor and outdoor learning environments to enrich childrens experiences
Maintain safeguarding health & safety and nursery standards at all times
