Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting

Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
Plan and participate in engaging play-based learning experiences
Make full use of the nurserys inspiring indoor environments and unique outdoor learning spaces
Encourage childrens confidence curiosity and independence through exploration and outdoor play
Observe assess and monitor childrens progress
Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues
Support childrens emotional social physical and cognitive development
Maintain safeguarding health & safety and nursery standards at all times
