Nursery Practitioner Term Time Position

12.70-14.70 per hour 40 Hours per Week Permanent

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner youll play a key role in shaping meaningful learning experiences while ensuring children feel safe valued and excited about each day. Supported by experienced colleagues and clear well-established routines youll have the tools and encouragement to focus on what truly mattershelping every child reach their full potential.

What Were Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Recent experience working as a Nursery Practitioner within an early years setting.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework safeguarding and child development.
• Confidence working independently while contributing positively to the wider team.
• A caring enthusiastic and reliable approach to supporting young children.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for early years education.

Your Role

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan engaging play-based activities that support every stage of childrens learning and development.
• Create a warm stimulating environment where children feel confident to explore and learn.
• Observe assess and record childrens progress supporting their individual learning journeys.
• Build positive relationships with children parents and colleagues.
• Promote childrens wellbeing independence and confidence every day.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding health and safety and early years practice.
